With things cooling down on the boot launch front, you would think we were given a bit of respite in terms of our boot spots. These are ten spots from the weekend that prove that there is always good reason to keep your eyes peeled…

Paul Pogba (Juventus FC) – Nike Magista Obra (NikeID) Mr. NikeID aka. Paul Pogba last week showed off his latest creation and also found his way into our boot spots. We simply have to feature him again, because this has to be exactly why he chose this particular colour combination.

Antonio Candreva (Lazio) – adidas Nitrocharge 1.0 Haters Pack And let’s for a while stay with the wicked kit and boot combinations. Here Antonio Candreva has to be with a chance of winning ‘best match’, with his adidas Nitrocharge and the Lazio home-kit. This is hard to hate…

Branimir Bajic (MSV Duisburg) – Nike Magista Opus (NikeID) This is what a Magista Opus would look like his football boots didn’t have colour. Some would call his design uninspired, others would call it original. What do you think?

Mario Engels (Frankfurt) – Nike Mercurial Superfly IV Highlight Pack It’s only Cristiano Ronaldo who will be given players support for this colourway update from Nike, but Mario Engels obviously couldn’t resist the temptation and showed us all that the colours don’t only suit Cristiano Ronaldo.

Aron Mooy (Melbourne City) – Nike Magista Opus Highlight Pack The newest colourway update from Nike, the Highlight Pack, is supposed to be for the remaining Champions League participants. Aron Mooy from Merlbourne City hasn’t had the chance of playing in the Champions League, so he has taken matters into his own hands and got a pair of the newest Magista Opus colourway.

Lukas Podolski (Inter Milan) – adidas f50 adizero Earth Pack After having played in the newest generation of f50 Adizero Lukas Podolski was back in his f50 from the Earth Pack. This is however not the first time Prince Poldi changes boots backwards and forwards and it’s probably not the last either.

Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool) – Nike Hypervenom Shine Through/Holiday Pack Sturridge is back and firing and celebrated this weekend by netting yet again, with a goal and a change of boots during the game, where he went from this summer’s orange colourway to the winter Shine-through collection.

Diafra Sakho (West Ham United) – adidas f50 Adizero Tribal Pack It looks like Diafra Sakho’s contract with adidas is over and that’s why he has blackouted his boots. It has led to interesting result – we can’t quite work out if it’s hot, or not…

Matthew Spiranovic (Western Sydney Wanderers) – Nike CTR360 Maestri III Atomic Orange/Black/Metallic Silver Some will probably shed a nostalgic tear at this spot. We did in any case. Do you miss the CTR360 collection, or has the Magista already made you forget the old control boot?

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Paris Saint Germain) – Nike Mercurial Vapor X (Blackout) We round off this week’s spots with a boot spot of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who still looks to be without a boot contract. We are excited to see what his next destination is – do you have a hunch, which brand he will sign with next?

This was all for this round. We hope you enjoyed this week’s installment just as much as you usually do. We are always open to feedback, so if you have anything in mind, you are more than welcome to write to us in the comment-section down below…
