International break means no boot spots. Said no one ever. It’s Monday – of course there’s boot spots. And we have gathered some of the very coolest right here.

Tomoaki Makino (Japan) – adidas f50 adizero Red Haters +miadidas This has to be categorised as one of the most random boot spots we have ever seen. Tomoako Makino played in last Friday’s friendly against Tunisia and here he combined the launch colourway of the newest generation of f50 along with his very own miadidas version. Is he pulling it off?

Gianluca Gaudino (Germany U19) – adidas 11Pro White/Blue This combination is albeit a little less controversial, but none the less deserves a spot on our list. It just goes to show you that the smallest details can make a big difference to your look on the pitch.

Erik Hurtado (Vancouver Whitecaps) – Nike Mercurial Superfly IV (NikeID) Erik Hurtado also did what he could to stand out on the pitch. He even went as far as removing the Nike swoosh on the side of his Nike Mercurial Superfly IV. Exactly how he managed this is tough to say, but it looks pretty damn exclusive.

Robbie Keane (Ireland) – adidas 11Pro White/Orange Moving away from all the personal designs. Now we head over to Ireland and Robbie Keane, who until quite recently played in the Nike Magista Obra, but has now moved on the to 11Pro. Good or bad choice?

Kwabena Appiah (Wellington Pheonix) – Nike Hypervenom Liquid Diamond Kwabena Appiah has also made a switch, with him going from the Mercurial Superfly to the Hypervenom. Not just any Hypervenom though. He has picked up a pair of Neymar Jr. signature boot, because nothing less will do for Appiah.

Liam Walker (Gibraltar) – adidas f50 Messi 1.10 Pibe de Barr10 And speaking of signature boots not worn by the players they were made for. Liam Walker took on Scotland in a pair of Lionel Messi’s boots. They didn’t seem to do the trick for him however and he ended up changing them during the game…

Roman Eremenko (Finland) – adidas Gloro Black/Red Roman Eremenko kept his adidas Gloro on all game. He has however had some struggles with the boot before the game it would seem, because the boots tongue has been removed. What the ?#¤% are you thinking Eremenko?

Darwin Ceren (El Salvador) – adidas f50 adizero Crazylight Pack Let’s get our lightweight freaker on. The lightest boot ever got a great reception when it was introduced in 2014 and Darwin Ceren kept the 130 gram hype going. Are you one of the players, who just wants a boot as light as possible?

Eric Avila (Orlando City SC) – adidas adipure 11Pro Crazylight Pack And it feels like it was somewhat of a Crazylight weekend, because we actually picked up on a few. We finish off the crazylight fun with Eric Avila, who rocked a pair of 11Pro.

Darren Ward (Crawly Town) – Nike T90 Laser IV Red /Black/Neon We love capping off the weekly boot spots with either a blast from the past, or something coming in the future. This time round we couldn’t not show this beaute. One of my personal favourite – the T90 Laser IV. Darren Ward is still rocking them and they almost look as good as new. There’s a man, who knows how to show his boots some love and care.

This finished off this round of boot spots and as always there was something for everyone. MY favourite is probably not hard to guess, but what was yours?
