      We have been in love with the game since 1995. That's when Unisport was founded in a small Copenhagen apartment. In 2002 we launched our first webshop, serving football players and supporters with the best football gear, all over Denmark. Since then, we have rolled out local webshops in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Holland and Germany, and serve football fans all over the world on our international site. This is just the beginning.

      Job description

      In your role as CRM specialist you will be responsible for online and offline consumer journeys. Everything you do should improve CLV with long term focus on consumer life cycle, purchase behaviour, conversion and retention. Your unofficial title is Head of Keeping Customers Happy! Based on consumer insights, you will create segment groups, automail flows and pinpoint consumer needs to leverage relationships. We expect you to take ownership of lead generation, as well as customer retention for seven websites, and one Flagship Store. Analytical abilities are key for this position, as well as reporting skills and a database obsession. Yes, we believe that Excel is your favorite tool!

      Your challenges

      - Flagship Store: Collect and make use of data. Convert offline to online consumers. Pick up leads in store. Scalable omni-channel solutions for multiple doors, cross borders. -Unisport membership: Together with the launch of a mobile app we would like to introduce a loyalty programme. How do we make this successful? -Transactional emails: Improve the user experience and increase conversion value. -On site leads: We need you to create winning strategies for signups, out of stock and cart abandonment. -NPS: Conduct and analyse surveys to identify improvement areas for consumer experience. -Customer profiles: Tied to segmentation and membership. We have a lot of data. We need you to understand it better, and make all communication more relevant.

      Profile

      - experience from international eCom and retail - know the differences between pre-sale, sale and after sale marketing - view email as a diverse marketing/information channel. - understand email analytics and web analytics data. - know when to A/B test and when to just get a razor sharp message out. - Good written communication skills. - Organizational skills and a high stress threshold
