Summer is really starting to kick in and as always, when the month is drawing to an end, we take a look back at all the biggest launches. We can all agree that June has been another month jam packed with goodies, but the question is; was it better than May? Read along and see what you think.

We start with adidas who finished May in style by launching two new collections - X15 and Ace15. We did however not see the new Messi15 before June and the football revolution was therefore in full swing at that point. Which of the new boots do you think the German brand did the best job on?

Nike naturally weren’t going to leave all the fun to adidas and just a few days later they released the third top model in their FootballX collection - the HypervenomX. Hot on its heels came new colourway updates for the collections founding members and we therefore saw a pair of Silver Storm inspired MercurialX and MagistaX boots too. The American's also showed off their newest Ordem Match ball, which you will see being used in some of the biggest leagues next season

We were halfway through the month (and the year), when New Balance took over and showed off their first and much anticipated football boots. We were introduced to the control boot Visaro Pro and a speed boot named Furon. Two very exciting models that we really look forward to seeing in action

Arguably the craziest launch this month came from PUMA, who unleashed a very special piece of innovation that they had been working on for quite some time. Weighing in at a mindbogglingly low 103 grams the evoSPEED SL stole the show. Alongside it PUMA also released a new generation of the regular evoSPEED 1.4, so players who simply can’t handle the craziness of the superlight version have a brilliant piece of innovation too.

New football boots was not all that the brands had in store, with new home- and away-shirts coming the way of a handful of massive European clubs. Real Madrid, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid and AS Roma, as well as Monaco and Porto are now ready to grab next season by the horns.

In other words it’s been an incredibly eventful month and to top it all off Nike also launched a fresh set of colourways for the streets, with the introduction of the FootballX Multicolour - a very fresh alternative to the more discrete Silver Storm boots. Which month do you think was best - May or June?
