After an incredibly exciting tournament, which has really elevated women’s football, the World Cup in Canada is drawing to an end. We take a closer look at the last (and in my opinion coolest) model form the Women’s World Cup collection - the Nike Mercurial Superfly. Check it out here.

This is the first time Nike have made a complete collection for a women’s World Cup and the new boots have been extremely well received. The collection, which has also been designed to match the American national team’s training gear, has been super popular among the Team USA players. The American top scorer, Carli Lloyd, who has netted three goals throughout the World Cup, will probably play a very crucial role in tonight's final, where she will be wearing the new Nike Mercurial Superfly IV women’s model.

We also have a few female football fans here at Unisport and Ingeborg is one of them. She was very happy with the collection and took to the field to model a few pictures of the other three models in the new World Cup collection. To get to know the Mercurial we instead asked Malin, who plays in the Mercurial Superfly Academy Pack usually.

“I really like the fresh colours that have been used on the entire collection and the Mercurial Superfly is without a doubt my favourite. Normally I play in an entirely black outed Superfly, but this colourway is tempting me into trying something with a bit more colour. Thumbs up to Nike - and make more women’s collections."

We also have a couple of fellas at Unisport HQ, who would wish they had smaller feet and I wouldn't be surprised if I saw a few younger boys wearing this version during the summer. Are you one of the many who wants this boot in all sizes - or do you prefer boots with a little less flair?
