Jakob and Joltter are right now in Berlin, where Nike have invited us to a grandeurs FC247 launch event. Here they get up and close with the new boots in the collection; Bomba Finale II, Lunargato II and Elastico Pro II, but they are also joined by some of Nike's biggest stars in the shape of the Boateng brothers, Kevin-Prince and Jerome.

The German capital is buzzing, as Nike have invited footballs finest, from around the world, to join them for this fantastic event. In the new FC247 collection there are updates for the Lunargato, Bomba and Elastico and you can find out much more about the three boots here. If you want to follow Jakob and Joltter's trip around Berlin closely you can take a swing by our Instagram and Twitter, where they will be updating regularly.

Nike's FC247-collection is about dominating on all surfaces; Street, Turf and court. It is all about the small games, five-a-side, where slick technical ability and supreme vision is everything. There is no room for error, because the tempo is so high that any mistake is punished severely. We have, however, one technically gifted individual with us here in Berlin and he is from Finland; it is Joltter, who didn't pass the chance to show off his skills.

After having fun in the streets of Berlin, duty called and they set the course for the Nike FC247-event. It was hard to miss, because there were posters all over town and on top of that you knew you were on the right track, when there was the one pair of Lunargato II after the other, hanging on the wall. You can see how it went down and what Jakob and Joltter where up to, by following us on Instagram and Twitter.

Kevin-Prince Boateng from AC Milan and Jerome Boateng from Bayern Munich both started their career in Hertha Berlin, but much of their footballing upbringing took place at the local street pitch “Die Panke”. Jakob and Joltter had the pleasure of interviewing both the charismatic characters, who told them about their street football days. You can see the many pictures on our Instagram here.

The two Boateng-brothers have, like many others, gotten their football upbringing on the local pitch, in their case it was covered in asphalt. This is where the Nike FC247 collection enters the picture, as there is now specifically designed shoes for any surface. What do you think about their adventure so far? You can start looking forward, because there will be much more to follow.
