As the days go by, this summer's European Championship draws ever closer and ahead of the tournament Nike present their newest Nike F.C. styles, as a part of the ‘French Touch’ collection.

Being a part of Nike F.C. is about feeling, living and breathing for football. You don’t just play football, you live it in all aspects of your life. At this year’s tournament in France, Daniel Sturridge, Blaise Matuidi, Gerard Pique and Eden Hazard may be competing for the title, but they are all united in their inexorable love for football.

“Football is my life today and it has been part of my daily life since I was five years old. I would say that it's even more than a passion. I am proud to be a professional footballer. It is not the job that inspires me — it is the joy I have in playing football.” - Blaise Matuidi

The new Nike F.C. ‘French Touch’ styles capture their love off the pitch, as well as on it and as always with the contemporary lifestyle products, Nike have absolutely nailed the designs. The French inspiration is unmistakable throughout the collection and especially that Breton-shirt, as seen worn by Matuidi, has caught my eye.

Releasing as a part of the Nike F.C. ‘French Touch’-collection, Nike have also presented new colourways of their sneaker series, which is the most obvious representation of taking the passion for football from pitch to pavement. Together with the rest of the new Nike F.C. collection, the Nike Hypervenom Free, Nike Magista Footscape and Nike Mercurial Superfly Free sneakers will all be made available throughout April right here at unisportstore.

Nike Hypervenom Free launches 14.04
