Unisport is Northern Europe’s leading retailer of football products, and a production company for football related content with 7M followers on social media. Our mission is to make football dreams come true.
Based in Copenhagen, we have provided premium products to football players and fans, across the globe for more than 25 years. Besides stores in Paris, Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm, we operate webshops in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, France and Austria.
We are now looking for a Digital Experience Manager to join our marketing team.
The role as Digital Experience Manager is a brand new position, responsible for shaping user experiences on our e-commerce platforms. We believe that the right candidate has been working with CRO and UX for at least a year or two, love to identify improvement areas, and shape up new exciting projects.
We expect you to continuously monitor behavioral website metrics, and take ownership of every touchpoint from discovery to conversion. You will probably spend countless hours digging into GA and user tests to identify opportunities, apply your creative mind-set to develop hypotheses, and A/B-test to decide if we should celebrate another successful deployment or go back to the drawing board. You are a team player that enjoys working closely with other departments in our company, as well as external stakeholders and agencies.
Extraordinary experiences is your mission, and your KPI’s; conversion rate, add to cart rate, time on site and monthly active members, will let you know if we are on the right track.
We don’t expect you to be a leading CRO expert with several years of experience, but we need you to be a quick learner, and ambitious, so we can move you in that direction over the next couple of years. We will invest in your passion, trust you to make the right decisions, and back you up to give you the resources you need to succeed. However, we have some formalities listed below.
You will be part of a young, dynamic company with over 150 employees, where you will have the opportunity to shape your own daily life. You will work side by side with qualified and enthusiastic colleagues, in a workplace with an informal tone and a relaxed atmosphere. The position is full time and you will primarily work from our office at Bådehavnsgade 38 in Copenhagen, with the option to partly work remotely, if that’s what you prefer.
