A decisive week of football around the world, with lots of champions being confirmed and crowned. We have looked through last week's games and highlight a few of the most important boots on display. Come along.

Jamie Vardy (Leicester City) - Nike Hypervenom Phantom II Radiant Reveal

No better place to start than the King Power stadium, which was in complete delirium this weekend. To celebrate their unprecedented Premier League win, Jamie Vardy has had his Nike Hypervenom Radiant Reveal Pack boots made with special embroidery of the Premier League trophy. Nice little touch!

Shinji Okazaki (Leicester City) - Mizuno Basara 101

Staying in Leicester Shinji Okazaki also had something new to show off, as he pulled on the newest Mizuno Basara 101 for the first time. An absolutely brilliant colour combination, which is well worthy of a newly crowned Premier League champion.

Vincent Kompany (Manchester City) - adidas ACE 16.1 Blackout

It looks like there is a bit of contract trouble between New Balance and Vincent Kompany, who in the last week or two has been training and playing in a blackouted pair of adidas ACE 16.1 boots. He has just been confirmed out for four months, so we won’t get to see how things develop, but I guess if he is injured for so long, New Balance won’t mind him leaving much.

Luca Toni (Verona) - Lotto Stadio

A legend has ended his playing career. The goal machine, Luca Toni, finished his career in style, when he converted a penalty by pulling of a panenka. We will miss seeing that iconic celebration!

Francesco Totti (Roma) - Nike Tiempo Legend 6 Custom Radiant Reveal

Speaking of Italian legends in the Serie A, Francesco Totti made his 600th (!) appearance in the top flight yesterday. An incredible achievement and hopefully he will make it a couple more, because there was talk of him extending his contract by another year during the weekend. It’s too early for him to become sporting director in any case!

Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus) - PUMA evoPOWER Tricks Custom

Well now we are at it, we might as well make it three Italian legends in a row! Gigi Buffon is one of the PUMA evoPOWER boots biggest stars, but it would appear the radical Tricks concept is a little too crazy for the 38 year old, who has had two pairs of neon-coloured boots made, rather than the standard pink and neon. Boring Buffon…

Nicklas Bendtner (FC Copenhagen) - Nike Mercurial Vapor X Radiant Reveal

Since he was released Nicklas Bendtner has been staying in shape in Copenhagen. Some pictures were released from his training session with FCK and he is still rocking the newest Nike Mercurial colourway and it will be exciting to see which club ends up offering him a contract. Good to see the lord still in action.
