It hasn’t exactly been the best summer for Lionel Messi. Now adidas give him a bit to lighten his mood, as they introduce the newest Messi 16+ PureAgility colourway. Aaaand it’s a beauty!
Based on the colours refracted, when you perform light speed experiments, adidas launch the Speed of Light Pack that has found its way to the PureAgility. The skyblue tone is like the one seen as the accent colour on the Mercury Pack boots, which Messi used to devastating effect throughout most of Copa America - except that last penalty.
And the Speed of Light theme is one that I think we can all agree fits Lionel Messi very well indeed. The internal PureCut sock system on the Messi 16+ PureAgility is developed to give the cleanest possible touch on the ball, which is a very central element in Messi’s play. In addition, adidas have also added their newly crafted Sprintframe, so you get the perfect balance between stability and flexibility.
