The Nike Tech Craft Pack is back! And even though that may rhyme, I'm not about to drop a few bars; I am however about to drop some serious heat. Check out the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 Tech Craft!

For those of you who haven't heard of the Tech Craft Pack before and therefore don't understand what the hype is all about, it's all rather simple. Every once in a while Nike launch their four boot collections in a Tech Craft Pack in which they've added a leather upper to all of them. Of course, this doesn't affect the likes of the Tiempo too much, but for the Hypervenom it's big news, especially when it looks as absolutely mad as is the case with this one. The colourway has been dubbed Black/Electric Green/Sequoia and me oh my, does it look good!

The Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 Tech Craft will be available in both statement models, meaning you have the choice of lacing up whichever leather-clad version you prefer; the one with Dynamic Fit Collar or the one without it. But let's just have a look at what actually goes in to making the Hypervenom Phantom 3 Tech Craft and how it differs from the standard issue model.

Continued below.

The majority of the tech we've come to know from the standard issue Hypervenom Phantom 3 persists on the Tech Craft version. This means that you still get the same FlyKnit and FlyWire construction that guarantees lockdown and stability, but where it differs is on the Strike zone, which covers the inside of the foot up towards the instep of the boot. This has been covered in high-quality Alegria leather, which is about as supple and soft as leather comes.

What this means is that you can now get the ultimate striker's boot, the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 with a leather upper, where it matters the most. If you swear by leather and prefer the dampening touch and feel of leather you should definitely consider giving the Tech Craft Pack a whirl. You get the Hyper-Reactive soleplate with strategically places studs to improve lateral cuts and push-off burst; you add in the Cut and Strike Zones, the FlyKnit and FlyWire construction and then you remember you can get it all with an Alegria leather upper! I mean, come on, it's hard to argue that it's not a pretty stellar combination.
