The days are longer, the weather is nicer and pannas are easier in the summer. Nike ditch the colours from their usually bright street lineups and introduce the Nike FootballX ‘Chasing Shadows’ Pack.
Nike FootballX is one of those football concepts that changed the game. Together with the rapidly emerging street and futsal scene, the boots have over the last three years lead the charge, as Nike invested heavily in small-sided football. All the same tech as you find on the pro-level studded football boots, but with a gum sole for indoor, futsal and street football.
The inspiration for this new pack is all about confidence when you step onto the court. Named the ‘Chasing Shadows’ Pack this collection is for the players, who every time they play in the streets, futsal or indoor football, know they will be leaving defenders helpless and ‘chasing shadows’. That’s the mantra Nike want to unlock with this stylishly clean design. Somehow managing to be controversial and calm all at the same time.
