With the Nemeziz introduction, adidas confirmed that they would discontinue the Messi-silo made exclusively for Leo. He is still their biggest star (obviously), and they have therefore today introduced a signature Nemeziz in his honour.
When creating the adidas Nemeziz football boot, and any other new football boot for that matter, adidas always makes sure to get a lot of valuable insights from their incredible roster of superstar players. Among them is naturally Lionel Messi and making a new agility silo for him to use, without getting his stamp of approval was just not an option. The Nemeziz boot build is therefore totally “Messi-approved”, all except the soleplate, where it seems he had some other preferences.
On the new adidas Nemeziz Messi 17+ 360Agility the sole and stud-configuration has therefore been modified to his prefered Gambatrax version, which was also used on the outphased Messi 16 silo. A very cool modification, which adidas will now make available for everyone with the release of this exclusive Messi colourway.
