PUMA is ready with Dortmund’s latest Home Shirt for the 2019/20 season. It’s a shirt that combines traditions and modern elements, which together celebrates Die Schwarzgelben’s 110-year anniversary.
Dortmund is known for many things and has a great history in German football. They’re most known for the ‘Gelbe Wand’ – also known as the Yellow Wall, and their iconic black and yellow colours. Especially the black and yellow colours is combined with modern elements, which together gives a new stunning Dortmund Home Shirt.
The new Home Shirt is all about the details, as the raglan sleeves are made with an awesome graphical design, which will make Marco Reus, Jadon Sancho and Axel Witsel stand out, while playing at home on Westfalenstadion. The Dortmund 2019/20 Home Shirt also features a woven BVB logo and the iconic PUMA logo on the chest, while ‘Dortmund’ is written on the back.
To celebrate the 110-year anniversary, PUMA added a neck label on the inside, which pays tribute to the club’s proud history. The label states: ‘110 Jahre – Gestern – Heute – Morgen – Für Immer Borussia Dortmund’, which means: ‘110 years – yesterday – today – tomorrow – forever Borussia Dortmund’.
