The adidas Predator Crazylight is designed to combine the complete control from the Predator Instinct with the extremely low weight that the Crazylight collection stands for. With its just 195 gram weight, adidas have peeled a massive 82 grams of the weight, when compared to the regular Predator Instinct. But despite this you still get all the classic qualities that the Predator is known and loved for. The boot is made with a Hybridtouch upper, which we also see on the normal adidas Predator Instinct. There have however been a few modifications, so the upper is now thinner and therefore lighter. The Hybridtouch upper still gives a sublime touch on the ball and excellent comfort, as it combines the qualities of leather and synthetic. At the same time however the supple synthetic upper takes in much less water, lasts longer and doesn’t overstretch in the same way leather might. A Predator wouldn’t be a Predator without the aggressive zones, and these have naturally been implemented on the Predator Crazylight too. They have been placed in the same areas, as on the Predator Instinct and you therefore get the same lethal control. The zones are made from SL rubber and is placed strategically, so you get the very best grip, as well as control Unlike the classic Predator Instinct, the adidas Predator Crazylight is equipped with a Sprintframe 2.0 sole, with the Speedtraxion stud-configuration. Parts of this sole is just 1mm thin and made from TPU, which ensures low weight, as well as a strong construction, which is very responsive. The adidas Predator Crazylight combines low weight with supreme ball control – and the brave Crazylight design is sure to turn heads on the pitch. Weight: 195 gram.
