Puma are at it again and this time with a brand new boot – the evoPOWER 1.2. But all has not revealed yet, because the boot is made with an eye-catching optical camo design, which conceals the evoPOWER 1.2’s final look and new innovations. The Puma evoPOWER 1.2 Camo is a limited edition, made in just 580 pairs worldwide and with the boot you get a unique opportunity to get glimpse of what Puma have in store for us. The concept behind the evoPOWER remains the same and the boot still strives to give you as much power on the pitch as possible. The evoPOWER is designed with the concept in mind that nothing is more powerful than when you strike the ball barefoot. This is because the flex in your foot is larger without boots, as well as it allowing your foot to move more naturally. And with the evoPOWER 1.2 it looks like Puma have designed a boot, with a view to give you an even better performance on this particular area. If you really take a close look at the boot, you can see that Puma have redesigned the upper. Many years of research and tons of feedback from PUMA’s very biggest athletes has helped them introduce an upper, which gives more power and precision than on the evoPOWER 1. If you flip the boot upside down, you can see that Puma have kept the Gradual Stability Frame, which we also saw on the evoPOWER 1. This sole provides a spine-like construction underneath the mid foot and makes sure you get the power you need! The first hint of the new evoPOWER look very promising indeed and it will be exciting to see how Puma can follow up, when the evoPOWER 1.2 really lands. This is a boot with FG-studs, made for firm ground surfaces like grass.
