Which High5 gel should you use: EnergyGel or IsoGel? Both types do the same job. However the IsoGel has a lighter consistency, which puts it somewhere in between drinking and gel. EnergyGel is slightly thicker, but fills and weighs less, which makes it more manageable in large quantities.
