Dosage:
Mix one spoonful with a slight top (10,5 g) with 250 ml water. Stir, DON'T SHAKE. Drink 30 minutes before training. The recommended daily dose: 10,5 g (1 portion). The daily recommended amount should not be exceeded. Contains 30 portions.
Supplement:
This nutritional supplement should not replace a varied diet and should be kept out of reach from small children. Should only be used in agreement with your nurse or doctor, if used while pregnant. High caffeine contents (100 mg/portion). Should not be used by children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women.
