With the Apex Limited Edition the hunt is on! This boot is inspired by the Peregrine Falcon, that is one of the fastest animals on the planet - reaching speeds upwards 320 km/h. Furon is designed for the attacking player that lives to exploit any chance to score a goal. The material around the front foot is built with a microtexture that helps give better friction and thus improved grip on the ball. To add to that the material also helps give extra power, as it absorbs the balls natural power, to then release the energy explosively afterwards. The tongue is also extra padded, so you get a larger sweet-spot area and thus a cleaner strike. Furthermore an especially designed Fantom cage envelops your midfoot, which helps lock your foot in place. This cage-construction gives exceptional lockdown, which is turn adds to your strength and support, so you have the most possible power in your game Responsive and lightning quick outsole The outsole on New Balance Furon Pro has been made very stiff, so you get to utilise your energy in the best possible way. Its stud-configuration is built up in a way that you can reach your top speed quickest, giving you the tools to blaze past your direct opponent. In addition the boot is made with New Balance’s Pro-form last and the unique Fixed Revlite insole, which works together to give good shock-absorbency and comfort. Weight: 232 grams.
