• Unique mesh upper Speed, precision and ultimate performance New Balance Furon 3.0 is built upon a new and improved last, which allows for a more streamlined fit. The upper is made from a mesh material with coated TPU yarns. Also added to the upper is the all new Fanton Fuse Selective Melt, which is an ultra thin cage like construction that is added to the upper using heat. This cage is based upon a huge amount of data gathered using ARAMIS pressure tests, that identified the spots that are most subject to stress and strain when accelerating, stopping and changing direction. The Fanton Fuse Selective Melt adds durability and support where you need it - when you need it, so you get outstanding support and stability. The upper is all about speed and a lean, mean, clean strike. Responsive and speedy outsole Based on scientific analysis, both the in and outsole on the New Balance Furon 3.0 has been developed to counter the forces that occur when accelerating - using them to your advantage. Therefore, the outsole is built from three layers: an inlay that offers directional traction, a nylon chassis for rigidity and responsiveness, and a TPU outsole for durability and flexibility. All three layers interlock, providing you with an outsole that features aggressive studs. The insole has been fitted with traction details, preventing you from slipping inside the boot. The area around the instep and toes is perforated for enhanced breathability, but also to reduce weight. This FG boot is made for firm ground surfaces such as natural grass. Note:New Balance informs that the chrome color on the outsole may wear off.
