Customer service gives their first impressions of adidas Ace16+ PureControl

At the Unisport office we have an unquenchable thirst for football knowledge and boot-wisdom. Our customer service tries on every single boot and they therefore all have a personal impression of size and fit. Yesterday they tried on the new adidas Ace16+ PureControl and we thought we would take the chance to also hear their thoughts about the new and completely unique design.

Mads from Product Management, that takes care of the products text, was equally surprised. “It has an excellent fit. I’m kinda flatfooted on my right, so it’s a little off there - but the left one just fits perfectly! It does really feel like a sock, so it instantly feels like an integral part of you. The stability and lockdown is actually quite good, something I was a bit worried about as it’s laceless. I’m sure it will perform excellent on the pitch.“

Mathias from our Danish Department has been testing it intensively. He bought a pair on Monday, as one of the very first. “The boot fits extremely well, although they are slightly too wide for me. The look is astonishing, although the shine wears off quite fast. Like the Magista Obra and Superfly, they tend to be a little heavy when playing in rain. But overall a really great boot, and surprisingly well performing without the laces.”
