When entering Unisport competitions, you must accept these rules and terms. The competition is offered by Unisport.
RULES AND TERMS FOR ENTERING UNISPORT COMPETITION
When entering Unisport competitions, you accept these rules and terms. The competition is offered by Unisport A/S, company ID 30800680, Bådehavnsgade 38, DK-2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, follow the instructions on the relevant Unisport website. You must provide the required information and accept these rules. Each person may only enter once. Any attempts to enter using multiple identities, emails or automated systems will lead to disqualification. By entering, you accept that Unisport may contact you in relation to the competition. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
You must be at least 16 years of age to enter. Staff working for and with Unisport A/S may not enter the competition. For competitions that include travel, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country of residence) and hold a valid travel document. Employees, representatives, agencies, freelancers working with Unisport, and their immediate family members cannot enter.
WINNERS DRAW
The winner is drawn randomly among the participants or, where relevant, among correctly submitted replies. The winner will be contacted by email within one week. If the winner does not reply within one week, Unisport reserves the right to draw a new winner.
The odds of winning are equal for all participants and depend on the total number of entries (e.g. 1:100 if 100 participants). The winner must provide all required delivery information. Unisport will dispatch the prize within 14 days of receiving complete information. Unisport is not responsible for lost prizes caused by incorrect or missing contact details.
Unisport reserves the right not to deliver the prize if the winner does not provide the required information. If Unisport is not able to reach the winner within the given deadline, a new winner will be drawn. All expenses and prize taxes related to this competition are covered by Unisport. Winners living outside the European Union may be required to pay customs or import duties when parcels reach the destination country. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient.
PRIZES
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items and are non-transferable. Unisport reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. If a prize includes travel or event access, Unisport is not responsible for cancellations or delays beyond its control, and no compensation will be provided.
Unisport reserves the right to cancel, alter or withdraw the competition or substitute any prize at its sole discretion, including in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control. Unisport reserves the right to exclude any winner who fails to comply with these rules, relevant third-party terms, or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Unisport accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including technical issues, and is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where required by law.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All expenses and prize taxes related to this competition are covered by Unisport. Winners living outside the European Union may be required to pay customs or import duties upon receipt of the prize. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
GOVERNING LAW
This competition is governed by Danish law. The courts of Copenhagen have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to this competition.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
By entering, you allow Unisport to collect and store your name, email address and other required contact information. This will only be used for the purpose of the competition, including sending newsletters and contacting winners. Unisport will not share your data with third parties and will store it securely.
If the prize involves travel or third-party services, Unisport may share necessary personal data with partners solely for the purpose of delivering the prize. All personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and Unisport’s Privacy Policy.

By entering, you accept to receive newsletters, offers, discounts and product information from Unisport via email and text messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting customer service.
PERMISSION
It is a requirement for entering the competition that you accept to receive the following via email: newsletters, offers, discounts and other advertising in relation to the Unisport product portfolio (such as boots, shirts, footballs and training gear). You may also receive information about Unisport happenings, new customer information and campaigns.
Unisport A/S is entitled to contact you via email and text messages. You can always opt out by using the link in the email received.
