Recap: Unisport Dream Camp - Edition 01

DAY 1 - WELCOME TO UNISPORT DREAM CAMP

The Unisport Dream Camp started before the players even reached adidas HQ. Ahead of departure, every player received a seeding box with sneakers and lifestyle wear - making sure they travelled to adidas Homeground looking the part.

Upon arrival at adidas HQ, the players got their first taste of the special Unisport Dream Camp treatment, with their arrivals captured just like players reporting for international duty.

After a welcome from Unisport, they checked into their rooms to find a full setup of football boots, training wear, lifestyle wear, running shoes and more waiting for them.

Based on the boots, the players were divided into either Team Chaos or Team Control - supporting the adidas Chaos vs Control pack narrative.

• Team Chaos received adidas F50 Elite or adidas F50 Sparkfusion Elite (for females)
• Team Control received adidas Predator Elite

Then the experiences began...

First, a guided tour of adidas Homeground, exploring facilities normally used by some of adidas’ biggest athletes and teams. The feeling of being a pro' footballer was already eminent.

Next came boot customization, where specialists from adidas’ legendary Scheinfeld factory personalized each player's boots with their name, flag and emoji - the same specialists that customizes boots for adidas-sponsored athletes.

From there, it was onto the pitch. Team Chaos and Team Control took part in their first training session, with exercises inspired by the characteristics of their respective boots.

Ending of the day on a high, everyone came together for a UEFA Champions League watchalong to round off the opening day.

DAY 2 – BEHIND THE SCENES AT ADIDAS

Day 2 took the Unisport Dream Camp even deeper into the world of adidas - with exclusive access, football history and another day of living like the pros.

First up, a tour to the adidas Archive, getting up close with iconic products and pieces of sporting history. Getting to hold boots worn by the biggest adidas stars, such as Zidane and Messi, as well as the official match ball from the FIFA World Cup '26 final - it doesn't get more exclusive than this.

Then the players jumped on bikes for a behind-the-scenes tour of adidas HQ, followed by a dedicated gym session, where Team Chaos focused on speed, and Team Control focused on body control.

Then it was time to prepare for another coached training session. Team Chaos put their F50s to the test with a focus on dribbles and speed, while Team Control worked on precision and ball control in their Predators.

After putting in the work came the pro-style recovery: heated pool, ice bath, sauna and pro recovery facilities.

And the day wasn’t quite over yet. A football quiz brought some friendly competition off the pitch and wrapped up another packed day at adidas Homeground.

DAY 3 - EXCLUSIVE ACCESS & MATCHDAY

After two packed days at Unisport Dream Camp, Day 3 gave the players more freedom to enjoy the surroundings before building towards one of the biggest moments of Dream Camp: The match between Team Chaos vs Team Control.

But first, there was a surprise waiting. The players were among the first to get their hands on the unreleased (!) adidas Final Rush football boots - before they even were available to the public. To make them even more special, the team from the adidas Scheinfeld factory returned to customize each pair with the players’ name, flag and emoji.

With new boots secured, the morning was theirs to enjoy Homeground and adidas HQ – from padel to physio to massage.

Later, it was time to go full boot nerd. Bjorgvin Hreinsson, Senior Product Manager at adidas, hosted an exclusive Boot Nerd Talk, taking the players behind the design, technology and thinking behind adidas football boots. And with a sneak peek at upcoming, unreleased products, there was one important rule: no phones / cameras allowed. So you will not find imagery of that in this recap - sorry.

Then, attention turned to the match: Team Chaos vs Team Control!

The players headed to the Adi Dassler Stadium, pulled on their Team Chaos and Team Control kits and received their final team talks. After three days of rivalry, it was finally time to settle it on the pitch. The match finished 2-2, before Team Chaos eventually claimed the victory on penalties.

After the final whistle, it was back to Homeground for some well-earned recovery and dinner - bringing an unforgettable matchday to a close.

DAY 4 - ONE LAST DREAM CAMP MOMENT

After three action-packed days at Unisport Dream Camp, the fourth and final day had arrived.

Following breakfast, it was time for the player's to step in front of the camera for their professional photoshoot with the new adidas Final Rush pack. With the latest adidas boots, the players got their chance to capture their own professional shots which aligned with adidas' assets of Lamine Yamal, Jude Bellingham, Aitana Bonmati, etc.

Being part of the adidas brand campaign together with the biggest adidas stars - what a way to take home another special memory from their Unisport Dream Camp experience.

After the photoshoot, it was time for one final lunch at Homeground before saying goodbye. It was a chance to look back on four days filled with football, exclusive adidas experiences, new friendships and plenty of memorable moments both on and off the pitch.

The Unisport Dream Camp is a premium football experience that brings our community closer to the professional game - combining performance, product innovation, culture and the football community.

Together with the biggest brands in football, we give our community access to world-class environments normally reserved for professional teams and athletes.

Launching in September, just as the new season gets underway, the goal is simple: send every player back to football with unforgettable experiences, new inspiration and the latest gear - just like the pros.

Where did it take place?

The first-ever Unisport Dream Camp took place at adidas Homeground at adidas HQ in Herzogenaurach, Germany - a destination normally reserved for professional athletes and adidas football teams such as Arsenal, Juventus and Olympique Lyon.

Homeground combines elite training facilities, premium accommodation and dedicated recovery spaces - creating an environment built around performance and team bonding.

Who were the participants – and how can I join?

For the first Unisport Dream Camp, we invited 26 players from 10 countries, spanning Europe and all the way to Canada and the United States.

The squad consisted of a mix of Unisport Tastemakers and influencers, brought together by their shared passion for football.
