It has been the transfer saga of them all this summer – and now it has finally materialised: Gareth Bale is now officially a Real Madrid player, and will from now on be wearing the famous white shirt of the king club. We have been quick to take a closer look at the Welshman's new uniform in our Spotlight universe, which you can see much more of right here.

In our last Unisport Spotlight, we focused on Ronaldo and Isco. With Ronaldo being the previous holder of the title as the world's most expensive footballer and Isco also having being involved in quite a transfer saga, we found it only appropriate to point the spotlight towards Gareth Bale in Real Madrid.

As Gareth Bale makes the switch to the King club, it shouldn't be much of an issue for him to get used to his new kit, as he is already used to wearing the white Tottenham shirt – anyhow, the Welshman better get ready to pull on the legendary shirt, which has been worn by so many stars before him.

With the number 11 on the back, the scene is set for Bale to take Madrid, Spain and Europe by storm – as we will see him wearing the elegant, white and simplistic shirt that we all know and love.

Another shirt that we will also get to see Bale wearing will be the new and stunning Real Madrid away shirt. It is made with an interesting and fashionable royal blue colour, with a cotton-like finish. Here at the Unisportstore offices, we agree that the shirt is among the very best this summer, and we believe that Gareth Bale will be well satisfied to sport this blue cotton-like stunner.

One of the absolute top transfer stories of the summer is now a done deal, and Bale is now able to call himself the most expensive football player ever – quite interestingly a record that Real Madrid hold both the first, second and third position in. What do you make of Bales switch, and will he become the massive success his price tag promises? Feel free to share your thoughts with us in the box below or on Facebook and Twitter.
