The upper is made from a synthetic nubuck, and has seamless straps, which reduces irritation and gives a comfortable fit.
The outsole is made with a stable Phylon material, which gives good padding for increased comfort, as well as a good grip on the surface. In addition the slides are made with an EVA midsole, which further adds to the impressive shock-absorbency.
