The proteins in the bar is from sources as whey, milk protein, chia seeds and nuts. To improve your bodys ability to absorb the proteins, probiotics has been added to the bar. According to an American study (A.J.H Maathuis, D. Keller, and S. Farmer 2010), probiotics improves just this. Besides protein, the bar contains healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, like omega 3 from the chia seeds.
