The England national team, also called The Three Lions, is with their Scottish neighbours one of the oldest national teams in the world. Back in 1872 these two national teams played in friendly, which also is the first official international football match. A lot has happened since then and this summer England is going to participate in their ninth Euro cup. The team have never won the tournament before and their best placement was third place back in 1968, where players such as Bobby More, Gordon Banks and Sir Bobby Charlton were a part of the team. In 1996 England also reached the semifinal with players such as Tony Adams, Paul Gascoigne and the tournament top scorer Alan Shearer on the team. Now the year is 2016 and Euro is held in France. Here the English national team, under guidance of Roy Hodgson, once again have a chance of winning their first ever Euro cup.
The polo is made from a soft cotton material, which gives a comfortable fit. In the bottom of the polo at the side seems a little carving is made to give a better movement. On the right side of the chest the iconic Nike Swoosh can bee seen while the FA-logo is placed on the left.
