Unisport competition rules and terms

You must be at least 16 years of age and allows us to contact you in relation to the competition. Staff working for and with Unisport a/s may not enter the competition.

The winner is drawn randomly among the participants or, to the extent that this is relevant, among the correctly submitted replies. The winner is contacted by email within one week from being drawn. The winner must reply back to Unisport within one week, or the price will be lost.

The odds of winning is even to all, and depends on the number of participants (1:100 if 100 participants).

The winner must provide Unisport with all needed information, regarding delivery. Unisport will dispatch the price within 14 days of receiving all needed information regarding delivery.

Unisport reserve the right not to deliver the price, should the winner not provide all needed information. Also, if Unisport is not able to reach the winner within one week or otherwise given deadline, a new winner will be drawn.

All expenses and price-taxes related to this competition are paid by Unisport. Winners living outside the European Union may be required to pay customs or import duties when parcels reach the destination country. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient of the parcel.

The price is not transferable, neither to other items or cash value. All expenses related to this competition is on Unisport. By entering this competition, you allow Unisport to register email, name and other needed contact information. The information registered will only be used for the purpose of this campaign (sending out our newsletter as well the drawing of winners in the competition). Data will not be used by third parties. Unisport is obligated to protect the the participants privacy. All data provided will be stored safely and securely.
