Recently we went with Nike to Berlin, so we could attend their FC247-event. Here we got the chance to sit down with FC Bayern Munich player Jérôme Boateng, who discussed everything from growing up, to the life of a professional footballer. - You can see how it all went down and much more right here.

Jérôme Boateng is the youngest of three brothers, who all grew up in the Berlin-neighborhood Wedding. Here Jérôme played with Kevin-Prince and George at the local street-pitch, Panke. This is where he got his football upbringing and was toughened up for the adult game.

Here Boateng talked about how growing up at Die Panke was and how it influenced his development as a football player. At the same time you can also hear, who Jérôme thinks is the best player he has ever played with. In this time, where the Ronaldo and Messi-debate is a hot topic, we couldn't resist the urge to hear who the Bayern Munich player fears the most.

After an impressive season Jérôme has helped destroy Barcelona in the Champions League, as well as lift the Bundesliga trophy. If things go the Germans way in the CL and the German cup-final, Boateng may win the famous treble, which truly would be an impressive achievement.

There will most definitely be more highlights to come in Jérôme's career, but you can, in our interview, hear what his has been so far. All this and much more can be seen in the interview above.

If you want to see how the entire FC247-event went, you can do so in the video above.
