Nike and PSG have just launched their new away shirt - introducing a bold new look!
We already got to see the PSG home shirt back in May when Nike released a brand new design for the club. Now it’s time to get a look at the away shirt for PSG.
The shirt has a white base. On the front we see an asymmetric design with a black stripe going all the way through.It’s clearly inspired by the ‘Hechter’ stripe that we usually see on the home shirt. The asymmetric part is seen on the bold pink colour blocks. On the top of the front it’s on the left side of the shirt while it’s on the right side in the bottom half. The sleeves have black cuffs. And the black colour is also seen on the PSG crest and the Nike Swoosh.
The design is inspired by the city of Paris. The flair and joy of postmodern designs that we see all around the suburbs. A joyful and colourful way to celebrate and honour the heritage of the club.
