It takes some player to pull off a white pair of football boots, but if anyone can do it, then it’s the boss of the pitch. Adidas unveil a new colourway for the ACE 16.1 Primeknit, which you can see more of here.
The new adidas ACE 16.1 Primeknit boots are exactly one month old today, but in the boots relatively short lifespan we have now already been presented with three colourways. Adidas have really shown that they mean business in 2016 and that is in no small part thanks to the ACE 16.1 Primeknit, which although it might not have grabbed the headlines to the same degree as the laceless PureControl boot, looks to be the boot that the pro players are leaning towards when choosing.
This new colourway will only serve to further up the adidas ACE 16.1 Primeknit’s growing reputation and then it’s always awesome to see a white colourway in action. The boots are made for the controlling player, or the boss, as adidas call it and all the boots technologies are therefore made to provide an unerring touch on the ball, as well as great lockdown. Examples of this are the soft Primeknit upper and the engineered knit zones, which provide friction between the boot and ball to give you that magic touch you see players like James Rodriguez utilising.
