In Real Madrid there is only one thing that counts; perfection. Winning is not enough, every win has to be perfect. It’s in the clubs DNA and in the coming season adidas have made sure winning is also a part of their shirt. In a combination of white, and what adidas call Silver Glory, we present the new home- and away-shirt for Real Madrid.

Only perfect counts. Those are the words from adidas and Real Madrid at the presentation of the new home- and away-shirt next season.

The white colour is iconic and instantly what you associate Real Madrid. For this season adidas have really accentuated the white tone and this is made to symbolise the new season as a blank canvas, where perfection must be obtained. After a season where no trophies were brought back to the Bernabeu and with a true Real Madrid hero at the helm, maybe a blank canvas is exactly what they need.

The home-shirt is easy to guess the design of, but it’s always more interesting to guess the away-shirts look, which varies greatly from year to year. Last year the King Club went an untraditional way, with a pink kit, but for the forthcoming campaign they will be marching to battle in a colourway they have dubbed Silver Glory.

The Real Madrid away-shirt is made to symbolise all the trophies that the club has won in their long history and all the trophies they are going to win in the future. It will be exciting to see if Rafa Benitez is the man to can bring home the silverware for Real Madrid.
