Today PUMA could properly reveal their new evoSPEED SL. But the insanely light boot did not come alone. They can also present a little update on the evoSPEED, which now comes in a 1.4 version. Come along and take a closer look right here.

Today the evoSPEED has gotten not just one, but two new additions. Together with the evoSPEED SL, PUMA have updated their evoSPEED 1.3 to 1.4. And while the concept is more or less the same, the new evoSPEED 1.4 brings a couple of adjustments.

The thin synthetic material is still the same, but PUMA have created a new 3D structure on the upper that delivers increased friction when meeting the ball. This exact element has been been given a lot of attention over the last years and the concept around the PUMA GripTex has been developed more aggressively than previous.

Also the external EverfitCage has been changed for a new Speedframe, which is a support system serving to lock your foot in place as you're doing quick turns and change of direction. This evoSPEED 1.4 is not expected to be worn by many of the pros, which places this model a bit below the SL model in the hierarchy.

Whether you prefer the SL or the 1.4, PUMA provides you with the options to further improve your play. It will be exciting to see what the evoSPEED 1.4 brings to the pitch.
