We are back from the Easter holidays and let’s just get it out there, it’s been awesome. Not really because of the days off work, but because of the crazy weekend of football, with screamers from the halfway line and lots of new football boots. Check out the coolest spots right here.

Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) – Nike Mercurial Superfly CR7 Silverware Okay. When we wrote Nike were giving Cristiano superpowers with the new Superfly CR7 Silverware, we didn’t actually know it was true. Can we just conclude that CR7 and his Mercurial Superfly must be from a different planet?

Mario Götze (Bayern Munich) – Nike Magista Obra Intense Heat Pack Götze is one of the few still championing the Magista Obra. And this weekend he did so in the newest colourway from the Intense Heat Pack.

Sergio Busquets (Barcelona) – Nike Magista Opus Intese Heat Pack Busquets has on the other hand always preferred the Opus. It would however seem he had a few adjustments to make, because he has had the Tiempo Legend V sole fitted instead of the usual Opus sole plate.

Carlos Tevez (Juventus FC) – Nike Tiempo Legend V Intense Heat Pack Orange isn’t only used on the newest Magista boots, but also on the classic Tiempo-collection. Tevez was quick to rock the newest colourway and celebrated the newest boots with a goal.

Eden Hazard (Chelsea) – Nike Mercurial Vapor X Intense Heat Pack Is there anyone you would have taking your penalties over this guy? That’s up for discussion of course, but there is no disputing that Hazard has finally got the new Intense Heat Pack model on his feet.

Leo Messi & Neymar Jr. (FC Barcelona) – adidas f50 Messi 10.1 Rosar10 & Nike Hypervenom Intense Heat Pack One with a new pair and one with the old pair. Neymar Jr. this weekend took to the field wearing the Intense Heat Pack model, after having worn his signature colourway for the last few months. Messi on the other hand went back to an old model and showed off the Rosar10 boots. Probably just to match with his kit.

Sammy Ameobi (Newcastle United) – Nike Mercurial Superfly IV Intense Heat Pack Ameobi was another player who hopped in the new Superfly colour, after having worn a pair of black Superfly for quite some time. About time he made the switch.

Lee Nguyen (New England Revolution) – adidas Predator Instinct Whiteout While there are a lot of players running around wearing blackouted football boots at the moment, Lee Nguyen breaks the mould and rocks a pair of whiteouted Predator Instinct boots from last year. Which is your favourite – whiteout or blackout?

Ibrahim Balde (FC Kuban Krasnodar) – Nike Hypervenom Orange/Black Ahh yes. There have been so many killer colourways since the Nike Hypervenom was launched in 2013. However few can compare to the orange/black launch colourway and it would appear Ibrahim Balde agrees. Which is your favourite Hypervenom?

Tons of new Nike colourways on display in this round of boot spots. We are curious to hear, which of the new boots you are rocking at the moment and why? Share it with us on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram.
