There has been an aura of intense excitement these last couple of days and now we can finally unveil Adidas' latest collection Enlightened, which is created to illuminate the pitch. With clear reflexes on the boot, these boots are sure to demand attention, especially when dusk starts to settle and the floodlights reflect off the boots.

We have been waiting with excitement, since Adidas at the end of last week began teasing us and dropping small hints of what was to come. With the phrase Enlightened and some toned down colours, the speculation has been everywhere. Now the waiting is over and we can now welcome the brand new colours for Adidas' four new silos. The Nitrocharge 1.0, Predator LZ II, Adipure 11Pro and F50 Adizero have all been given sharp colourway updates, which will light up the winter pitches.

The thought behind the Enlightened pack is brilliantly simple. When you play football it's all about being seen, it is all about stealing the limelight and being the player everyone remembers, when the 90 minutes are up. In modern football it is no use running around and hiding. With the new colourways you will certainly attract the necessary attention, without looking like a walking paint pallet. This new colourway update is very special and sets itself apart from the usual launches we see. Not only have the boots been given sharp updates, there has also been made room for luminous and shiny reflexes, which will stand out in the floodlights of the biggest stadiums. Like for example when the midweek Champions League games kick off at 20:45 CET and the Enlightened boots will shine as bright, as the Champions League spirit.

The Adidas Nitrocharge 1.0. is Adidas' newest boot silo and naturally gets a fresh colourway update, so it is ready to catch the eyes of football fans around the world in a simple and elegant fashion. These last few weeks we have seen Liverpools captain Steven Gerrard wearing the boots, which are designed for the hardworking engine and it will be exciting to see Captain Fantastic wearing the new boots.

The boot is kept simple with a black upper and silver Adidas stripes and silver lacing. In daylight they may not look like much, but shine a light on the boots and they will shine with a powerful glow. You are never in doubt that this boot was made to light up the pitch.

The lightning quick and ultra light Adidas F50 Adizero has also been given a sharp and very stylish colourway update. It is a boot, which is used to bombing away and feels as light as a sock on your foot, as it weighs an astounding 165 grams, in the synthetic version. Nothing can contain the Adidas F50 Adizero and it has quickly found its place on the feet of some of the worlds deadliest strikers and forward minded players.

Adidas F50 Adizero has naturally also been given a colour update with the Enlightened colour scheme. Elegant and stylish is the best way of describing it, when you see the new colourway with silver Adidas stripes on the black upper. It may look peaceful and calm in daylight, but it's equally volatile and sharp, as light hits the reflexes and you blind your opponents with your dribbling ability, as well as your boots.

Adidas Predator LZ II is the boot for the control player, who is so in control of his game that he demands the very maximum from his football boots, in all imaginable situations. On the feet of players like Mesut Özil and Aaron Ramsey the Predator LZ II dominates the Premier League and now both players can dress to impress in the new and sharp colourway.

The elegant and controlling Predator LZ II comes in a sharp combination of black and silver colours, which light up the pitch, when the floodlights are on, during the cold evening games. This makes for a boot that is beautifully simple, but advanced at the very same time.

An at times overlooked boot is the Adidas Adipure 11Pro, but Adidas have far from forgotten it and have also given it the means to catch the attention of the masses, with the new Enlightened update. It is a boot that focuses on the classic values and with the nice leather upper, you are ensured comfort and a soft touch on the ball. This has attracted the attention of stars like Philip Lahm and Toni Kroos, who dominate the field of play wearing the 11Pro.

So you would think we will get to see the new colourway updates at the, in itself quite luminous, Allianz Arena, when Bayern Munich attempt to recreate last years impressive Champions League triumph. In any case it should be possible to see the boot, which like the other Enlightened boots will be completely black, with the reflex stripes.

It will be fascinating to follow the Enlightened boots in action, but certainly not difficult, as they should be easy to spot. When the massive floodlights are turned on and attention is all on your shoulders, you have to make your mark and illuminate the dark. This is Adidas' Enlightened pack.

Adidas have launched their Enlightened-pack  and later today we will be taking a look at each of the four new boots individually. What do you think about the new boots? And what do you think about the reflex idea? We would love to hear from you in the comment-section down below, or on Facebook and Twitter.
