We have, earlier, looked at Liverpools new home shirt from Warrior Sports and now it is time to take a closer look at the Merseyside-clubs next away outfit. Like last year it is very daring and if even possible, more daring in fact.

Warrior Sports definitely can't be blamed for going the safe way with Liverpools shirts. The American sports brand are just in their second year with The Reds and already last year it was apparent that they were ready to take some chances. Now it's the 13/14 season and it will be like last year, with a classic home kit and daring away kit to spice things up.

You can already now pre-order the new Liverpool away shirt 2013/14 here, with an expected delivery in the end of June – just €51.

Last years away kit combined grey and black nuances, but this year, things are very different. The shirt is mainly white, but, as we work our way down the shirt, it gradually turns black, so it matches the black shorts and white socks well. Even though the design is sure to divide opinion, then it still has a distinct appeal, when on the shoulders of Daniel Agger, Steven Gerrard and Martin Skrtel.

The very eye-catching pattern is, however, not completely coincidental, but actually a tribute to the shirt, which the club wore in the year 1981, where they won the League Cup. It could also look a little like an optical illusion and if you're a Liverpool supporter you might hope it dazzles the opponent and gives The Reds the upper hand.

Liverpool have been busy and have already filmed a short video, where a number of the club stars model the new shirt and if you want a glimpse of how it looks on Daniel Agger, Gerrard and Pepe Reina, check out the video above. Interestingly enough Luis Suarez also features, even though he has aired his desire to leave the club; or has the club swayed his decision?

The shirt is produced from the WarTech material, which is designed to keep the athletes dry and comfortable, by transporting sweat away from the skin. This makes it much comfier to exercise with and the good ventilation also makes it an excellent addition for the everyday wardrobe.
