The Nike Elite Pack debuts in Europe

Even though this summer has given us both the EURO's, Copa America and the Olympics - there is nothing like the domestic leagues. We kick off the new season with a fresh round of boot spots and you can see them all here.

Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich) & Joe Hart (Manchester City) – Nike Hypervenom Phantom Elite Pack

A couple of weeks ago Nike presented their newest collection, the Elite Pack. The collection stands out as different from the rest as only 11 players from the Nike family will wear the boots. Lewandowski and Joe hart are among the 11 elite players and while Lewa enjoyed his first match in the Hypervenom Elite Pack with a victory in the Super Cup, Joe Hart seems a little "hart-broken" with his situation in Manchester City. Have we seen his last match for The Blues?

Raheem Sterling (Manchester City) – Nike Mercurial Vapor Elite Pack

Raheem Sterling is another player to find wearing the Elite Pack and unlike Joe Hart he had lots of success wearing the Mercurial Vapor Elite Pack. He was the reason City was given the penalty that led to the opening goal of the match, and it's going to be interesting to see if he can continue feeding off success under the leadership of Guardiola.

Kevin de Bruyne (Manchester City) - Nike Magista Obra Elite Pack

I'm almost starting to think that Nike have chosen the entire Manchester City squad for their Elite Pack. Because Kevin de Bruyne, the newly presented Magista Obra player, also wore the new Elite Pack in the season debut. I'm looking forward to see if de Bruyne will be making the same change as many of the other Magista players have made and move over to the Opus...

Raphaël Varane (Real Madrid) – Nike Tiempo Legend 6 Elite Pack

Real Madrid won the UEFA Super Cup in real Real Madrid style last week. Varane was part of the victory and he also wore the new Nike Elite Pack. Yup that's right. Varane is among the chosen ones for the Elite Pack, and Sergio Ramos isn't. I know, right...

Santi Cazorla (Arsenal), Park Yongwoo (Republic of Korea) & Manny Muscat (Melbourne City) – PUMA evoTOUCH

One of the most hyped football boots during the last couple of weeks is the PUMA evoTOUCH, which steps into the family of football boots with socks. An extremely comfortable football boot, which I'm sure will take it's place in the market. I found the boots on the feet of players all the way from Santi Cazorla in Arsenal to the Olympics in Rio over to Melbourne City in Australia. Yes, the evoTOUCH is making an instant impact on the entire world. And I'm sure Fabregas who plays tonight will agree with me...

Cristian Higuita (Orlando City) – adidas X 16.1 Dark Space

We haven't spotted any players in the adidas blackout collection, Dark Space. That is, right until now. Because today I spotted Cristian Higuita in the American MLS wearing a couple of the X 16.1 Dark Space. I know that players have contracts and are bound to play in specific boots. But why aren't there more players who insists on playing in these blackout editions? It always looks so amazing!
