For those unfamiliar, Alegria leather is absolutely the finest leather available to Nike. The leather is carved only from the softest parts of the kangaroo, before being sorted through by quality control professionals several times. The name “Alegria” is even Portuguese for “Joy”, which is pretty much the feeling you can expect, when you wear a pair of boots made from it.
The softness and quality of the leather used also allows Nike to make the upper thinner than regular leather boots.
