Unisport is the leading online football retailer in the Nordics and a global media destination for football content. We want to be a role model in the football business with the most engaging and authentic content. We already have a community of 1 million football lovers, and now our aim is 10 million. Are you ready to help us reach that target?

In your role as Content Creator you will work in our social media team, in close collaboration with our Content Manager, photographers and local country teams. You will create and curate content for our blog, microsites and social medias. Both engaging, fun and commercially relevant - in eye-height with our football obsessed followers.

Your main objective will be to grow our social media accounts to 10 million followers. And you will get the support you need to make it happen. We expect you to make data driven decisions on when, what, and where to post our content for maximal engagement. We need you to love football, and have insights on football products, and follow football moments every day. You should be a great writer, and create stories that resonate with a young football audience. Funny, and lighthearted. If you also have flair and knowledge for goalkeeper gloves, then this will make you a stronger candidate too.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • - Write technical deep-dives about the latest football innovations, as well as entertaining lighthearted blog content.
  • - Copywrite compact and insightful content for our famous product microsites
  • - Order image content from photographer with a creative vision
  • - Monitor, listen and respond to users and UGC on all platforms
  • - Curate content tailored for each specific social media channel
  • - React to events in the football world by executing content on social channels
  • - Develop influencer strategy and expand influencer outreach effort

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

  • - Has a personal love for football and football boots. Will always be watching football in the weekend and keeping an eye on the biggest games.

  • - Must love waiting to see people's reactions, when you are the first to post a certain boot spot. Even if that means having to take time to post something at seven in the evening on a Saturday.

  • - Has flair for creative and entertaining writing. As well as a high-level of written English.

  • - Has a strong understanding of both established and emerging social media tools.

  • - Is creative with an innovative can-do mindset

  • - If you are also strong with a camera and can take inspiring imagery for our social media channels as well, then that would make you an even more powerful asset.

Unisport football store was founded in 1995, and in 2002 we launched our first online shop, serving football players and supporters with the best football gear, all over Denmark. Since then we have successfully launched in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Holland, Germany, France, and Austria. In 2015 we opened our first Flagship Store in the heart of Copenhagen. And this is just the beginning.
