Spurs fans, the wait is over! No more PUMA or Under Armour. We present to you: the first ever Tottenham Hotspur shirts by Nike. The result is two elegant and modern designs inspired by the past, ready to conquer the future.
Since 2012 Tottenham’s kits have been supplied by Under Armour, but these shirts are now history as Nike takes over at Spurs. And what a performance by the Swoosh! Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen and the rest of the squad will take the pitch on Wembley Stadium the coming season in two absolute stunners from the American brand.
The first ever Nike Tottenham home shirt introduces a clean and classy look that is based on the Nike Vapor Aeroswift template with a mesh knit detail on the sleeves as well as on the front and back. The white kit features a stripe detail around the back neck, while a blue stripe runs down the sides of the shirt. Nike pays tribute to the past with a 1950s-inspired take on the Spurs badge with a shield around the original logo.
Similar in design to the home kit, the Tottenham away shirt is navy blue like the club's away kits of the 1950s and 60s and Under Armour's Spurs 12/13 away shirt as well. Nike combines the base of the new Spurs away shirt with white details, such as stripes on the sides and a thin line around the back neck. Like on the home kit, the away shirt also features a 1950s-inspired logo.
