Mounting a real title challenge and doing well in the Champions League are certainly the ambitions for Manchester United this season. And with the team looking stronger and stronger for each game they played last season, those goals don’t seem too far out of reach. Especially with the arrival of Romelu Lukaku and since there may very well be a few big signings waiting this summer. These goals will be chased in the new third kit from adidas. A shirt that is based on a fan design!

The Manchester United 2017/18 third kit is predominantly light grey and features a subtle graphic that's inspired by one of the designs submitted by fans. The graphic print on the lower front of the Manchester United 17/18 third shirt shows the United Trinity Statue outside Old Trafford. Honoring the historic 1968 European Cup win, it depicts the club's trio of George Best, Denis Law and Sir Bobby Charlton. You can also see the statue of Sir Matt Busby, who coached the team. The Manchester United third kit has a grey crew neck and grey sleeve cuffs, while the adidas logo and the stripes on the shoulders are white.
