Here comes the second version of Lionel Messi’s very own boot silo - Messi 10.1. The boot has been given the name Pibe De Barr10, and once again the Messi signature boot pays tribute to his humble beginnings. "Pibe De Barrio" means the kid from the hood and refers to Messi’s modest background and upbringing. The boots design is furthermore inspired by Lionel Messi’s childhood neighbourhood 'Las Heras', where graffiti painted walls dominate the street picture. The boot is made with an upper of the solid Bravo-synthetic. The material is light and gives a precise feel with the ball. It is however still very sturdy and very easy to clean. You can be sure you will have your boots for a very long time. To increase the comfort the boot is made from the form shaped EVA-insole, which gives low weight and high comfort. The outsole is in addition built up around adidas’ classic Traxion sole, which gives you a really good grip on the ball. The stud-configuration is adidas' FxG system, which is a new stud constellation that has been tested on FG, HG and AG surfaces, so the boot can be used on both natural grass and artificial grass. The FxG studs are made with a different composite than regular studs, which makes them more flexible. The more flexible studs help protect you from injury and don't stunt children's growth. This is a boot with FxG-studs for surfaces like natural grass, artificial grass and hard ground pitches.
