Nike has decided that CR7 chapter 6’s colours should be inspired by the Portuguese legacy as a maritime nation, along the African and South American coasts - being reflected in the azure blue. The C representing the captain, is shown encapsulated by an armillary sphere - an astronomical device. The pattern on the boot matches that on the national shirt, also featuring the Portuguese cross.
