Nutramino Protein is on the three most important BCAA's; L-leucine, L-isocline, as well as L-valin and is absorbed quickly by the body, so you get the results you are striving for with your training.
Use: The powder is mixed with liquid. The shake must be drunk within 30 minutes of finishing your workout, when you want to build and tone muscle and as a part of a varied diet. Perfect for anyone who wants to cut back on the carbohydrates.
Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (28 grams of powder) with 150-200 ml water in a shaker and shake it well. Add more or less fluid, if you want a different consistency.
