Staying comfortable in changing conditions comes down to smart layering, letting you add or remove pieces as your workout intensity or the weather changes. We've gathered a list of all the essentials you need for a successful winter training.
Baselayer
The baselayer is worn closest to your skin and is essential for staying comfortable in cold conditions. It helps regulate body temperature and manage moisture during training.
Tops
