At Unisport, we're looking for a passionate team player with a love for football – and ideally with experience in customer service – to help us deliver top-class service to our Italian-speaking customers!
Since 2012, we’ve expanded across Europe with web shops in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, Poland, and Italy – alongside our global site Unisportstore.com. We also have physical stores in Copenhagen, Paris, Oslo, and Stockholm – and more to come. You'll be joining a company with international ambitions and a strong football culture.
About the position
In this full-time role, you'll become a key part of our Customer Service team in Copenhagen, Denmark, focusing mainly on the Italian market (customer service & social media) and supporting other small local markets. You’ll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and ensure every customer receives a world-class experience. Our team works closely together in a relaxed, informal atmosphere where collaboration, responsibility, and a shared passion for football drive everything we do.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes fluent Italian
- Has excellent communication skills in English (also our internal working language)
- Has experience in customer service or a strong service mindset
- Is passionate about football and knows football gear
- Is responsible, structured, and goal-oriented
