The PUMA evoSPEED 1.3 goalkeeper glove is equipped with the same colour combination as seen on the new boots from the corresponding collection. The glove comes with a palm made of the Puma Elite Grip latex. The latex is 4mm thick and gives a combination of good ball contact, shock absorption and protection. The Elite Grip latex offers, as the name implies, an excellent ball grip, regardless if you are playing in wet or dry conditions. The evoSPEED 1.3 glove is made with a hybrid cut, which combines the Gun Cut and the Flat Cut. The Gun Cut can be seen on the little finger and index finger. Here the latex comes further around the finger, resulting in the largest possible latex surface and hereby improved ball control. On the mid finger and the ring finger you can see the classic Flat Cut. The Flat Cut delivers a more spacious glove. In addition, the Flat Cut ensures an enlarged contact area. The hybridcut hereby delivers the best of two worlds. You will have the good ball contact from the Gun Cut, as well as the flexibility from the Flat Cut, resulting in an extraordinarily comfortable glove. In order to deliver optimal ball control, the glove is equipped with twin wrap around the thumb. The twin wrap provides an added latex amount and hereby added grip to the finger that is most in contact with the ball. The backhand is equipped with the unique Biomimic technology. A two-split backhand made of a protective and flexible latex material provides good flexibility, as well as giving maximum support when you need to clear punch the ball away from danger. Around the middle of the backhand is where the latex material is divided. This provides you with flexibility and a secure fit. Furthermore, the two-split relieves you from having to use any kind of wrist bandages. This is due to the latex material from the backhand going all the way to the closure around the wrist. Around the thumb, on the side of the fingers, and around the split on the backhand, Puma have put in some mesh material in order to increase the breath ability of the glove. The mesh material leads warmth away from the glove; something that is very important, as a badly ventilating glove will never feel comfortable. In order to easily put the glove on and off, you will find a pull strap around the wrist.
