Victor Lindelöf started out for his native Västerås and moved to Benfica in 2012 at age 17. He established himself as a first-team player in the 2015/2016 season after turning out for the reserves for a couple of seasons. His impressive form in Portugal then earned him a move to English giants Manchester United in 2017, where he became a first-team regular under former manager, José Mourinho. The Super-Swede is capable of playing both as a center- and right back due to his brilliant marking and tackling skills. Quick, calm and collected, he primarily plays as a ball-playing center-back, where he engages in building up attacks for ‘The Red Devils’. Lindelöf has an elite mentality and never gives up, which has made him somewhat of a fan favourite at Old Trafford during the last couple of years.
