We are currently looking for a new team player for our international webshop Someone who wants to participate in taking Unisport towards new goals, loves football and wants to work for Scandinavia’s biggest online football store. Since 2002, We have at Unisport been very successful in selling football products online in Denmark. Through our continued evolution we have also been successful in launching local webshops in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Holland and our international site, which is where you will join in. You will become a part of a young and dynamic company, with more than 100 employees. You will be working in a professional manner together with talented, enthusiastic colleagues in a workplace with an informal tone and comfortable atmosphere. You may have recently finished high school, or similar, and are looking for some professional experience. You love football, follow the world of football online and of course you also support an international football club. Your English has to be of a native level, both oral and in writing, as you will be dealing with our international customers; in this regard there will also be a written test included in a possible job interview. The position It is a full time position for 37.5 weekly hours, with everyday working hours from 9-17. You will have a wide selection of tasks. The most important task will include customer service via e-mail, our online chat support and phone; as well as product and ad hoc copywriting. You will also be posting on and replying to our followers on our social media channels in cooperation with the team leader. We expect you to - Be interested in football. - Have a native level in terms of both written and oral English and have good writing skills. - Have a solid knowledge of football equipment. - Have a good understanding of service. - Be dependable. - Be professional, responsible and determined. - Have strong PC skills. - Have no criminal record, bring document for interview.
