Cristiano Ronaldo signature boots
Nike Mercurial Superfly II CR ‘Safari’
Of course, we have to start where it all began. This is probably the most iconic and famous signature boot in the whole world. I mean - it even got a safari boot re-make in the summer of 2020. That’s how iconic it is. It is of course the Safari boot from 2010. It was Cristiano’s first signature boot, and what a way to kick off a signature boot era. The black and white safari print, with subtle white and black arrows - and then the big orange swoosh, alongside the orange studs. A real beauty and of course it needs to be on our list of most memorable Cristiano Ronaldo signature boots.
Launched: October 2010
Nike Mercurial Vapor Superfly III CR7 ‘Pinstripes’
The third signature boot in Cristiano’s collection was also a one-of-a-kind boot. And also looking a bit safari-ish. But this boot was even more crazy - this boot had a split design. On the left boot’s medial side it was primarily grey/silver with very thin dark blue stripes and on the lateral side it had thick stripes of grey/silver and dark blue. The opposite was the case on the right foot. The swoosh was orange, as well as the details on the boot. Ronaldo wore these in a Madrid Derby shortly after it launched and scored 2 goals - probably because of the boots, right?
Launched: November 2011
